Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, dependable Full-Time Apprentice Laborer to join our growing remodeling team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning the construction and remodeling trades while gaining hands-on experience alongside skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Assist experienced carpenters and remodeling professionals with residential renovation projects.
Support demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, trim installation, painting, and other general construction tasks.
Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment.
Learn proper construction techniques, tool operation, and job-site safety practices.
Follow instructions from project managers and experienced tradespeople.
Assist with measuring, cutting, installing, and assembling construction materials.
Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company quality standards.
Demonstrate professionalism and respect when working in customers' homes.
Qualifications
No extensive construction experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
Interest in developing skills in carpentry, construction, and residential remodeling.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting materials, standing, bending, and working on active construction sites.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Previous construction, carpentry, or general labor experience is a plus.
